Ferrum phosphoricum is a fundamental mineral with the following areas of action and functions in the human body:
Ferrum phosphoricum is applied in the initial stage of all inflammatory diseases and infections - lowers plasma levels of iron, respectively, reduces microbial replication, increasing intracellular levels of Fe in macrophages and granulocytes, respectively, increased phagocytic activity.
Ferrum phosphoricum helps in acute injuries such as cuts, abrasions, bruises and injuries and associated pain and symptoms of inflammation.

The usual dosage of Dr. Schüssler salt No.3 is from 3 to 6 tablets per day.
Admission is increased in acute conditions.
Tablets should be allowed to dissolve slowly in the mouth. If necessary, tablets can be dissolved in a little bit of water. An interval of at least 30 min. to meals should be kept.
